1. Hair Oil

The first step you can do to reduce hair loss is by massage your scalp using the right hair oil. Proper massage can increase blood flow to the hair follicles, keeping the condition of the scalp and increase the strength of the hair roots. It can also provide a relaxing effect and reduces stress.

There are some hair oils that you can use such as coconut oil, almond oil, olive oil, castor oil, amla oil and others.

Add a few drops of rosemary essential oil to get better results and faster. It is very easy, you just simply applying one of the oil which already mentioned above to the top of hair and scalp by doing a light massage at your fingertips. Do this at least once a week to get maximum results.

2. Aloe Vera

Since the first of nutrition which contained in the Aloe Vera is very well-known to treat various hair problems, one of them is the problem of hair loss.

Aloe Vera plays an important role in balancing the pH levels in scalp and hair. Nutritional content that is able to penetrate deep into the scalp making it able to increase the growth of new hair.

If you still want to try this way you can boil this plant first before removing the flesh. Because boil can transform toxins from the Aloe Vera plant into a natural salicylic acid that is not harmful to the skin.

3. Egg White Mask

Eggs are a source of food that is high in protein, B vitamins, and other essential nutrients that are beneficial for healthy hair. Rupture two eggs into a bowl and then separate between white and yolk. Beat the egg whites thoroughly until it looks fluffy. Use of hair paint brush and apply the mask to your hair and scalp. Cover your head with a cap to shampoo and leave for 20 minutes. Then rinse with cold water and wash with shampoo. Do this twice a week.

4. Coconut Milk

Green tea is known to help stimulate hair follicles and increase hair production. Additionally, green tea also helps to increase metabolism which also affects an increase of hair growth.

Prepare 2 spoons of green tea and 2-3 cups of hot water. Put the green tea in hot water and wait until the water cools. Use green tea water that has been cooled to rinse your hair. Repeat this procedure twice a week after shampooing.

9. Potato

Potassium, vitamins, and iron contained in the potato are very important for maintaining healthy hair. A study also mentioned that one of the causes of hair loss is a deficiency of potassium. Then the potatoes, with the content of potassium, of course, it can be a natural alternative to solve your hair loss problem.

All you need to do is prepare 1 potato, 1 teaspoon honey, and 1 teaspoon water. First of all, wash the potatoes and peel off the skin. Cut into small size and puree them in a blender. Add a little water to make the process smooth.
